SUNMAX REF. NO. 11C1B16A161 packing is braided from high-strength acrylic synthetic fiber, thoroughly impregnated with graphite, PTFE dispersion and special oil lubricant. It has good chemical resistance, low friction, good sealing performance and excellent flexibility. The graphite and lubricant provide good self-lubricating properties and help reduce shaft wear during operation.

Application:

Suitable for pumps, valves, mixers and general rotary or reciprocating equipment.  Recommended for use with water, cooling water, brine, oils, mild solvents, mild acids and alkalis, wastewater, pulp and paper applications,  and other general industrial media. Not recommended for strong oxidizing media,

highly concentrated acids or alkalis, or applications where product contamination by graphite is not allowed.
